Balancing freedom and responsibility, A.M. Winn introduces children to an educational world of wonder that celebrates and honors each individual while building strong relationships based on mutual love and respect.  We elevate beyond college and career readiness by educating our students in the broadest sense and preparing them socially, physically and academically for fulfilling lives.

A.M. Winn has a rich community history. Having opened its doors in 1961, the school has had the luxury of seeing multiple generations pass through its halls. A.M. Winn adopted a Waldorf curriculum in 2012 and has added a two year kindergarten as well as a junior high.

A.M. Winn offers a developmentally appropriate, experiential, and academically rigorous approach to education. Integrating the arts in all academic disciplines for children from preschool through eighth grade enhances and enriches their learning. At A.M. Winn we provide a Waldorf education that supports the developmental phases of childhood.  We strive to reflect and honor the diversity of our students and prepare them to become creative, lifelong, independent thinkers.
